Background info...
I just had two girls (we all know what that does to our hips, bottoms and bodies in general) in two years. I started out at 170 (being 5'10 that's not bad) and now I'm well I really don't know for sure but I would be safe to say around 250
My major problems...
1. I love to cook. I'm talking homecooked yummy food. I have never liked fish or most green veggies and have tried them over and over again hoping I could at least handle eating them and still I gag when eating them.
2. I don't know when I could possibly exercise. I work full time and have two young girls (2 and 9mths) and my husband works shift work and drives 2 hours to get there. I wake up at 5:00am and usually don't get to bed until after 9 or 10. If I can find the time how do I have the energy and if I have the energy how do I keep my 2 year old from trying to join me on the treadmill?
I do have to lose weight. I absolutely HATE how I look and just yesterday when we were driving I looked in the side mirror and saw a yucky double chin thing happening.
Okay so I would like to know from the many mommies that are in my same boat, what you have done to lose the weight.
